For the next 21 days:

Whenever something happens that causes you to feel upset, stressed, angry, frustrated, annoyed…

IMMEDIATELY identify 3 positive aspects about the situations (things you appreciate, feel grateful, can learn from, benefits others)

Write them down, read over them daily and let us know how you feel by the end of the 3 weeks.

Event: My boss yelled at me.

Positives:
I have a job.
I enjoy my work most of the time.
I know she is stressed about making our number, and my work will help us hit our target.


Event: There is a long line at the store.
Positives:
I am thankful to be able to afford what I am purchasing.
I am so fortunate to live in a country where so many items are so readily available to buy
This will give me time to catch up with friends by texting them
